I want to take money from one checking account in ...

I want to take money from one checking account in bank #1 and put it in a checking account I have in bank #2 . . . WHO do I write the check to in order to make the deposit? Do I write it to MYSELF? or do I write it to bank #2? Or do I just cash a check and deposit cash?????
