What is the correct ratio of seeds in an Omega 3 seed mix? I know that the seeds are; Pumpkin, Sunflower, Flax and Sesame but I cannot find out in what proportions to mix them.

Hello,

The easiest way to assure that you are receiving the maximum benefit of Omega 3 is to take a supplement.

You could them supplement your diet with these seeds if you wish. The amount of seeds that you would have to eat would have to be in substantial amounts to reap the full benefit.
