I understand that "old hag syndrome" is pinning down feeling in your sleep and you feel so heavy. Is this right?

Reply to Ramesh's Post: Well first off I already know the scientific explanation to this question. However, the scientific explanation doesn't explain the other side effects of this syndrome which I've seen my husband experience. Which, in turn, leads me to believe that it is an evil encounter of some sort. I've searched all throughout askjeeves.com, dogpile.com, google.com, religiousreplies.com, yahoo.com and I cannot find a religious perspective of what it is.
