The owners manual can be downloaded by clicking here. The schematic is another story. There were at least 20 different chassis used on the Mitsubishi CS35303. The schematics are available on line but they must be purchased. There is a very good possibility that the problem is a bad transistor in the vertical output circuit. Without the proper testing and the schematic you will be playing a guessing game replacing the parts. Some of these parts will not be available due to the age of the set. Having an professional repair the set can be more expensive that the set is worth. If the set has not been repaired before I can almost guarantee there are several components that need replacing. Even if repaired the set can go out very soon after it is repaired. The prices of the newer TV sets have come down in price considerably compared to the price your set cost new. I don't like to replace anything but if it were mine I would consider buying a new TV over repairing this set. If you have more questions please ask.
