Hello

Not that i know of unless you build your own

Most of those lights use a small flasher bulb that is nothing more than a compound strip that heats up and moves

I hope this helps if not let me know.If it did please click the {Green}accept button

Reply to glenn's Post: When I was a child at Christmas there was a small, in your hand plug that went in between the plug of the outside lights that simply made them flash. This was 35 years ago... Has the technology gone backwards..?

Helllo

I suppose so I guess the main reason would be that you can purchace light sets that flash by themselvs

Even the large bulb sets have a built in flasher if you choose to use it

So in answer to your question technology has gone forward and eliminated your plug in timer and replaced it as there is no real use for a timer like that for any other applications
