Have you any heartburn or indigestion?

The pain you describe - its location and the fact it is caused by eating is suggestive of a duodenal ulcer or possibly inflammtion of the duodenum (the tube that foodstuffs enter after leaving the stomach).

You need a physical exam, bloodwork and an upper GI tract endoscopy.
