my cat has being sneezing alot and her nose is dry they have tested her given her meds but she is still sick

How long has she been sneezing and not acting like herself? Does she have any other symptoms?

Does she go outside at all?

How old is she?

What tests did they do and what medication has she been given? Is she still taking medication now?
