i worked out this morning and i took my bp 5 hours later and it was 145/97 is this alright

Answer

 Hypertension is a diagnosis that is made when you have 2 seperate readings with elevated BP.  If you have another reading on another day that is elevated then you may have hypertension.  Most individuals do not take their BP properly even nurses and MDs see your MD for a clear diagnosis.  Normal BP is 120/80.  Nurse Hope
