i have had a bad cough for the past week now, and everytime i cough i leak real bad so bad that that i have to change panty liners twice a day if not more, is this a sign of a badder problem?

Answer

It is called stress incontinence. Women who have given birth are more likely to experience it. It may only happen when coughing. You can tighten the bladder muscle by doing kegel exercises. When urinating try stopping the stream several times. Do that same tightening throughout the day. That should help. Good Luck! Nurse Hope
