my 9 month old cocker has been vomiting for about 12 hours all i can see in pine cones and leaves.i gave him a teaspoon of peptobismol and small amounts of water no food.he seems to be druling also.he has all of his shots 2weeks ago. what else shoud i do?

It sounds like hie is sick from eating non food items.
You should see a vet as he may have an intestinal obstruction or intestinal injuries from the sharp edges of what he ate.

He may need help ridding himself of the rest of the debris. He may also need fluids to keep from getting dehydrated.
Call your vet and see if they want to see him.
You may want an x-ray or ultrasound to see what is going on with his intestinal tract.
