Question

I was recently diagnosed as having a sinus infection. I finished all the antibiotics but for the last 4 or 5 days i have had a headache that won"t go away, nausea and vomiting w/lower left sided abdoninal pain. I take effexor 225mg a day propanalol 120 mg a day and lasix 25 mg a day. when ever I take my meds last few days I vomit please help
