Question

I had the following on a lumbar spine x-ray:

"Five vertebral bodies in a lumbar configuration with grossly intact pedicles. Lumbar vertebral bodies retain height and shape without fracture. Moderate, isolated loss of intervertebral disc space height at L5-S1 assoicated with a questionable 1-2 mm subluxation of L5 on S1 of a degenerative nature. Endplate sclerosis and mild osteophytosis is evident but isolated to that level. Oblique views do not suggest gross pars defects."

What, if any, treatment is recommended for the above?
