Question

How do I get rotors off when the screws are stripped and you can't drill through the screws? I stripped the screws, then my buddy said to drill through the head but it's either taking forever or can't be done, I just want to get the old RUSTY rotors off. I dont even need the screws to put it back on, the tire bolts will hold it.
