i just recieved a chichua mix yesterday, she was born aug 11th? is it okay to give her a bath? also she doesnt seem to be eating or drinking last night when i brought her hoe or this morning when i left for work?

That's a little young to be bringing home. Puppies should be at least 8-9 weeks, preferable 10-12 before they leave their mother. She may not be completely weaned yet. She needs to go to the vet soon because puppies glucose levels can drop quickly when they are dehydrated.
