Question

my chihuaua,who is about 2 years old,was in his kennel for a little over 3 hours and when i got home and took him out there was a puffy line with very little discoloration on the right side of his nose.(his right)it has a little indentation in the corner of all the puffiness. it doesnt seem to bother him too much when i touch it.

Answer

Sounds like he might have either tried to get out and gotten his nose pinched in the door or got joined by an insect in the kennel and got stung or bitten.
You can see if a cold compress on the spot helps it.
You can try some Benadryl cream on the spot to see if that helps it too.
If the swelling gets worse or he has any trouble breathing or seems unusually lethargic then you may want a vet to check him out as this could be an allergic reaction.
