Due to a now dissolved marrige, my credit has suffered tremendously and now I have to consider alternative methods inwhich to correct the damage that has been done and to offset future problems,(and bankruptcy isn't an option). I was informed about a unconventional but legal way to seperate the two credit history by changing my SSN# and or legal name to accomplish my objective, however what I want to know is:
1.) If I was to obtain a new SSN# number, how do I create and or build a new credit history from this method?
2.) Is it wise to contact those creditors that I managed to stay in good standing with so that I may benefit from the positive credit scores being reported?
3.) Is it illegal to only report these changes to my "positive creditors" and not the "negetive ones" alike?
4.) How do credit bureaus configure info received from creditors and or ?
5.) Is it advisable to contact any of my past creditors concerning these changes?
Well that's about it unless you can provide or advise me on any new methods as to accomplish my goals?
