my daughter is under hpu unit with newham concil. she was put in temp accommodation two and a half years ago with her two year old daughter now they are evicting her can they put her back in bed & breakfast has she is suffering from depression she is on anti-depressants & is waiting for counciling due to the loss of her second child who was 8 days old & died 14 feb 2006
