Diabetes?

I am 21 years old and have had fainting spells since I was 5. The most recent occured in March, 2006. I've averaged at least 1 a year. Is fainting ever a sign of diabetes? I was looking at signs of diabetes, and noticed one of the symptoms stated that you may always feel hungry, even after eating. I am sometimes hungrier after I eat than before I started, and some days I can't seem to fill up my stomach. And I sometimes have frequent urination problems; not always though. Some days my head feels cloudy, and I usually tame it with a chocolate candy bar or a brownie. I've also had low iron in the past.
