How do I bleach my white jeans white again?
Sent to General Experts September 23 09:04 AM

My daughters white jeans were washed by accident with a blue sock and they have turned a dirty white colour with blue hue. I want to make them white again, but can't buy a white dye anywhere. How can I bleach them to get them white again?

Dear friend, thankyou for your question. I know how seriously disturbing a situation like this can be. You'll do well by making a very strong mixture of OxyClean and hot water in a bucket or your washing machine.

Leave it overnight. Wash with a Tide and bleach mix the next day.If they still are not white, repeat the process only do it longer.

Eventually they WILL return to WHITE.

You can buy a Ritt Color Remover but I have not tried that myself so can't really be sure it would work for you.

If you find this helpful please click accept and leave a positive feedback.

Sincerely,Don
