friend drug problem

what do i do my friend has this boyfriend over 18 and is giving her and a coupel other people drug. i called her one night and she just got back and she was completly drunk. the on friday she had cigerretts. then to day she had brought a bag of weed to school. i need to get her help, but what do i do.
