This is a cooking question- I may not have it spelled correctly but I need to know how to make steak iola. It's an Italian dish.

Lola Steak

2# Sirloin steak pounded ¼" thick and cut into 3" strips
2 Portabella mushroom caps sliced 1/3" thick
4 Med. Tomatoes diced coarse
1 cup minced onion
¼ cup minced fresh cilantro
½ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup toasted pine nuts
1 clove fresh minced garlic
1 ½ cup dry red wine
1 tb. Sea salt o kosher salt
1 tb. Black ground pepper
1 tb. Paprika
1 tb. Italian seasoning blend
1 tb. Grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup Olive oil
Combine the salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasonings, cheese and blend
well. And the mix to the steak and coat the beef well. Add the oil and
garlic and place in a casserol bake 350degrees til done serve over Fettuccine

It sounded Italian to me with the seasonings and being served over fettuccine. It was the only steak recipe I had that was spelled similar to iola with the i being an L. If this is not what you were thinking of please do not accept the answer.
