Question

The problem started to occur after changing the master cylinder. The brakes lock up after about 10 minutes. when one of the brake line valves is opened and bled the breaks release temporarily.

Answer

   If the master is not completely returning to it's relaxed position it will cause this. If this is the case corect the problem it could be the booster push rod is too long if adjustable, wrong master,or something binding.

  If the master is mechanicly releasing properly it is an internal problem with the residual check valve,Replace the master it is defective.
