our customer orders two pallets of product, and she wants to be billed for it by the case, Each pallet has sixty cases with twelve products in each case. Each product piece is made up of: two bottles of suncare lotion (customer supplies at no charge) inside one promotional box (we supply). We also supply a promotional label (one on each promotional box) and two UPC labels (one to cover each of the suncare bottles current UPC). The master case holding twelve products cost $0.54 each. The individual product costs $0.17 each. The promotional label costs $550/M. The UPC label cost $150/M. Labor costs $2.40 per case. All material and labor is sold to the customer with a 15% profit margin. How much do we quote the customer and how you best communicate this to her? What is our total cost for this two pallet order? What is our profit?
