Info Request

Hi XXXXXXXXXXX. Thank you for asking your question on Just Answer. The other experts and I are working on your answer. By the way, it would help us to know:

-Could you explain your situation a little more?

-Are you wanting to know the process of making something out of paper mache?

-How to make the paste?

-What do you plan to make?

Thank you again for trusting us with your problem. Please reply as soon as possible so that we can finish answering your question.

Answer

Craft stores sell a paste product specifically made for making paper mache. In days gone by the paste was made at home using flour and water. Paper strips about 1 to 1 1/2 inches are soaked in the paste and moulded around a pre-created item made from thin sticks or wire. Just put on layer after layer of the paper soaked strips. Three or four or more layers are needed. Decorative balls can be made by blowing up baloons to different sizes. The only limitations are your own creative thoughts.
