In my garden (in Australia) I have a large stone wheel, approx 75cm. in diameter and 10cm. thick, which is mounted on a solid wooden frame built like two sawhorses, with the wheel suspended between the two parts of the frame by metal struts., about 90 cm off the ground. The wheel is turned by a metal handle shaped like a crank . I think it might be a whetstone, but would appreciate help identifying it.
