two vehicles traveling down the road in the same direction. One driving 50 mph, the other 70 mph. At constant speeds, never changing thru the entire senerio. the 70 mph vehicle goes up the ramp which is attached to the 50 mph vehicle. Please explain if the vehicle that is traveling up the ramp at 70 mph has increased in speed or force, or motion from the 50 mph vehicle and it's ramp
