DRIVE BELT ROUTING - 2.5L

1995 ENGINE COOLING Chrysler Corp. Cooling Drive Belt Routing

 

BELT ADJUSTMENT

Loosen rear mounting bolts of idler pulley or power steering pump (if equipped). Loosen power steering pivot bolt and lock nut (if equipped). Turn adjusting bolt to tighten belt to specification. Tighten bolts and lock nut to 20 ft. lbs. (27 N.m). For serpentine belt routing,

Reply to GENE's Post: it seems that my drive belt systems isn`t the same as the above diagram thanx for the advice but it wasn`t helpful on this occasion..
