There are two sources of grants or scholarships for colleges. The first source requires you visit the financial aids office of the college or university in which they want to attend. There are many unadvertised grants and scholarships available.
A second source is to apply for scholarships and grants at special interest groups. These include diversity groups, industry groups such as the American Restaurant Association for culinary arts grants and scholarships; etc.
A third sources is affiliation groups, such as wives clubs, fraternal organizations, etc.
A fourth source is the federal government grant program: http://www.grants.gov You can sign up for grant notifications by email, and search for any that might apply to your circumstances.
