when will the memphis to atlanta highway be built?

There is a major transportation corridor planned and referred to as corridor 7. When will it be started?

Hello,

An article in the Decatur Daily, an Alabama newspaper, written in January of 2005 stated that the Memphis to Atlanta highways was years away from starting. Apparently there are engineering studies being done that will take a year or two more.

Here is some more information (again from Nov. 2005) but no date for starting yet:
