Question

My right knee grinds and clicks when I walk down stairs. Aches in the evening. What do I do?

you didn't mention; if you are an athlete or you did manual labour.but from what you said it seems that you may have some cartilage problem; which gets stiffer in the evening; locks up and causes you pain. In these cases A WARM compress applied for about 10 minutes usually releives the pain. you however should consider going to your doctor; becaues this problem will not go away on its own. you may need to be referred to a specialist.
