I am trying to learn more about organizations and
committees established that are recommending and
promoting "open disclosure to students of where and
for what reason college tuition dollars are spent".

Recently, Fox news XN had a documentary regarding the
outrageous increases in college tuition and the debt
that students and families are placed. During this
news program, a committee was mentioned that is
promoting the open disclosure mentioned previously.
However, when I went to the fox news website, I could
not find this committee. The website related to this
news story is:

the title is: "College Costs Up, Up, and Away"
