how do i get black hair color out?

I used black hair color and would like to dye my hair red now,how do i get the color out?

ACCEPTED

Although not recommended your only options will be to bleach/strip your hair or let it grow out. Then your red dye will be visible. Keep in mind that the bleach will dry out your hair!
