How to pay my bill?

I am trying to pay my ten dollars for a question I asked about a
Dodge Caravan directional signal. You answered the question and I appreciate it,but when I went to pay It added another ten dollars to my account. This is not what I wanted to do. Now how do I get the ten dollar credit back and how do I pay the first ten dollars? Sorry cannot figure it out. Thanks
