How do I run my Cannon i550 through the cleaning cycle to get rid of the air bubble so my newly replaced black ink cartrige will print ?

I will try to describe the procedure step by step:

1) On your computer's desktop find the printer icon and right-click on it, then select "Properties"
2) From "Properties" click the "Maintenance" tab, you will see 2 icons, "Cleaning" and "Deep Cleaning"
3) Click "Cleaning" (or "Deep Cleaning" whichever you want to perform), confirm the message and click OK,
4)Power lamp flashes, and the Print Head Cleaning is started. Clening should take 1 minute or so.
