I live in a home that has a fuse box instead of circuit breakers. Recently, the electric company replaced the meters in my neighborhood, and since then my lights flicker every so often, and dim when I use appliances. Could this be caused by some error in the meter, or do I have to replace the fuse box with circuit breakers? No fuses are being blown, but just in case, we replaced them all with new ones, but yet the problem persists. Help!! We need to resolve this before we have to start using the heat for the winter.
