Well, all I can find so far is the SCMN Global Traders mailing address and phone number. Here it is:

They have an e-mail address listed in several food product directories but I have tried it twice and the message is returned to me undeliverable. So their e-mail address is no longer valid. They do not seem to have a website.

You could try calling them and seeing if they will tell you the manufacturer you are looking for.

That might be Nestor. There was no listing for a "nestor" only an N. Olivera.

You mentioned you used to buy the product in NY. Does that mean you are no longer in NY? Do you remember the store's name from which you used to buy the arepa flour?
