we have bought 2 mirrors that have turned out to have warps and I want to fix them. I think we should take them back to the shop but my husband says there must be a way to hang them properly. How do you hang them properly so they are not warped?

I would definitely take them back. They are defective and there is no way you can hide the defects -no matter how you hang the warped part will always reflect whatever image is in its way.
