No start condition, SES light on steady. Cannot read codes. Have spark, have fuel pressure, injectors are pulsing per noid light. All reference voltages correct.

Already Tried:
checked for spark at plugs, checked fuel pressure and voltage at pump relay, checked injectors for pulse with noid light, fuel pressure is good, but plugs are dry when examined. engine readily turns over. SES light is on steady. Cannot extract codes.

how much fuel pressure do you have? has it been checked with a gauge? have both the ecm b and ecm fuses been checked?

ECM B fuse....most Gm vehicles have them....so i imagine you've tried pulling codes through the climate control...has anyone tried through the diagnostic connector underneath the dash board? what about the security light on the dash? does it stay lit while the car is cranking?

I do not get battery voltage at the ignition module. I get fractional voltage (somewhere around 2 to 4 volts) The coil and the pick-up coil check okay.
