Hello,

You note down the pulse rate as so many beats per minute. that is 82/min, meaning 82 pulse beats per minute.

And BP has two values - the systolic BP is the value on top of the line and diastolic BP is the value below the line. And you note it in mm of Hg, that is millimeters of mercury.

For example, a BP of 120/80mmHg will mean that the person has a systolic BP of 120 and a diastolic BP of 80.
