Need a database of realtors names and e-mails

I am a realtor and often need to e-mail my fellow realtors in certain states a personal legitimate message, one at a time, but I need to have a database in Excel spreadsheet format of realtors with their First name, Last Name, their web site (if any), e-mail address, and the state, if possible City and optional their Agency (brockerage firm)

If required I can give a limited number of cities I am interested in, but I'd prefer to have a broader AND CURRENT database.

Doesn't the National Association of Realtors have a memberhip list available to their members?

I do not know. I am in Canada. I need contacts of US realtors. I need to be able to pick a few from my database in any area I am interested in at that particular moment and send a few e-mails. I need to get that list in electronic format. I am willing to pay for someone's time to get me this list IF(!) it has realtor's e-mails. If not, I do not need such a list. I can contact some friends realtors in the US if their membership could help me to get the data I need BUT they won't have time to do any research for me. Before contacting them I need to give them 100% correct instructions on what to get and where to get it. Also first I need to find out if it indeed has the info I am looking for. If not, again, I am willing to pay for someone;s time making me such a database from any sources you may find available.
