my dog is 75 lbs 15 yrs old,was walking fine sat. then on sun. morning she couldnt keep her balance and her heads crooked and she can barley walk.what could've possibly happend?

Answer

She may have had a "doggy stroke", which is called Old Dog Vestibular Disease. Most dogs recover within 48 hours, but may keep a head tilt and some uncoordination. If she seems happy and healthy otherwise and has made improvements, you probably don't need to worry.
If she seems ill (such as not eating, etc.) and/or she has not made any improvements since it first happened, you should take her to your vet. She could have a severe inner ear infection that would require antibiotics, or she could worst-case scenario have a brain tumor.
