Question

Human Capabilities / evolution

Sent to General Experts August 14, 2006 2:30 a.m.

How has the human race developed such fantastic skills and capabilities such as driving a car, playing a pianno, when such tools as cars and piannos were not available throughout the many thousands of years that we have evolved. Surely just the basic necessities of 'existing' and hunting couldn't have led us to develop such adept skills as using our fingers to sew garments, re-wire a plug etc?
