Question about a stamp

I have a German Stamp blue-green in color that says Deutfches Reich, 200 mark on it. It has a cancel that says 30 Faufend? Just wondering how i can find out more about this stamp and other german stamps i have.Is there a book that is in english that tells about German stamps?
