I'm looking for the title of a great (modern) psychological suspense/thriller book that I read circa 1996. The story: a female therapist treats clients who are diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder; therapist is pregnant; one of her male clients claims to be in love with her; there is a stalker or murderer running about (?) and an investigation. There is a twist ending to the book which implicates the therapist as having had an affair with the male client that initiially seemed "crazy" to the reader. Does anyone know of this book?
