From the articles I have read and in talking to a few owners of these bikes they seem to hold up very well over the years. They have many good reports on cross county rides and are compared by many as a modern Harley since the dependability is comparative. Of course with anything there are exceptions. Can I guarantee that you will never have a problem with the Ducati Multistrada? That answer would be no. I and many others do consider it to be a very reliable bike based on ownership and experiences.
