My 13 year old American Eskimo Spitz has a large wart on her right shoulder. It is seeping a clear liquid. Is there anything, besides surgery that can be done to treat this?

Things you should consider with removing any growth is changes in size, shape, color, texture and whether is bothering your pet. ANy of these things going on then it definately needs removed. As long as it oozing, there is chance for infection.
