Question

I have a 97 chevy truck 1500 4x4 V8, my a/c fan etc. shuts off when I hit a hole in the road or the truck is jarred in any way. Would usually come back on on its own or with light kick to heater box on pass side but will no longer even do that. lights come on on control panel and actual compressor also works just will not blow through vents.

Hello,

Sounds like you have a loose connection or a bad blower motor. If you have a test light, check to see if you are getting power and ground to the plug that plugs into the blower motor. If you have power and ground, replace the blower motor. If no power let me know and I will try to get you a wiring diagram so you can trace the wires to find the faulty connection.

Hope this helps...please accept

Thanks, Dean
