Hi, I have book " The complete workds of Robert Burns: containing poems, songs and correspondence; with A new life of the poet, and notices, critical and biographical by Allan Cunningham.
Elegantly illustrated
Pulbished : New York: D. Appleton and Company, 549 & 551 Broadway. 1874

This book is leawther bound with Burns in gold lettering on the front.and back.

Is this a rare book and worth keeping?

Hello Kath,

It completely depends on the condition of the book and the buyer, however I don't believe it's a very rare as you can find many with the same title printed in late 19 century, here's a link where they are priced anywhere between $3.95 and $10
