Answer

For starters don't let her have the run of the house without her being supervised or on a leash.
The leash will give you lots more control.
Punishment won't stop this behavior but using a spray such as Bitter Apple, Sour Grapes, McNasty etc on things you do not want chewed will help her learn to leave them alone.
As pups dogs will taste and chew everything. The way to get them to discriminate between what is OK to chew and what is not is to do two things when you find a pup chewing a wrong item not just one. Telling the puppy no and taking away the item is only half the training. The other half is giving the puppy something it is allowed to chew or play with and praising the puppy for having the 'correct' chew toy.
When you see a puppy chewing a 'legal' item on its own go praise it for being good.
Pups learn faster for 'yes that is right' then just for 'no, no, no'.
I would stop punishing her for doing what is natural and instead make items she shouldn't chew taste bad, control where she is, and praise her for chewing the right things.
www.apdt.com may help you find local puppy training classes of a positive type which can help you learn how to train your puppy too.
Hope this helps you!
