Answer

Usually you do not bathe a puppy until it is 8 weeks or older and then only with a shampoo rated as OK for pups.
If your pup is dirty you can dampen a towel and rub the pup all over to help remove dirt and then dry the puppy.
You can rinse off younger pups but you should be careful to dry them well as pups can get sick from being chilled when young.
